of experience in systems engineering or multi-functional product development for life science or diagnostic instruments.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Proven record of leading system integration across hardware, software, and consumables — from concept to launch.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Demonstrated success managing and developing successful technical teams.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Strong experience working in regulated environments (ISO 13485, FDA QSR, CE-IVD).</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Ability to partner strategically with Product Management and business leaders to translate vision into executable roadmaps.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Deep understanding of systems engineering principles and broad technical fluency across mechanical, electrical, software, and assay domains.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Excellent communication and influencing skills; comfortable communicating complex ideas to both engineers and executives.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>Education</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or Software) or Applied Physics; advanced degree
