We have a strong dedication to conducting business ethically and are seeking like-minded individuals to join our expanding team.</p><p></p><p><b><span>A Day in the Life:</span></b></p><ul><li>Create executable supply plans across all value streams to meet customer demand in a MTO/ETO equipment business.</li><li>Generate a Material Requirements Plan that supports the build plan and partner with the Procurement Team to address critical raw material constraints.</li><li>Develop and consistently evaluate inventory management strategies to support business objectives and minimize the risk of excess and obsolete inventory.</li><li>Collaborate with the Operations Team and other functions to identify and address capacity constraints related to equipment and labor.</li><li>Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Manufacturing and Materials Planners to ensure high engagement and attract top talent.</li><li>Provide leadership and support for continuous improvement initiatives and long-term strategies to optimize supply chain performance.</li><li>Facilitate Supply Review and Sales &amp; Operations Execution Meetings to ensure clear communication of risks and opportunities.</li><li>Represent the Supply Chain function in performance reporting, budget management, strategy contribution, decision-making, and communications.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Keys to Success:</span></b></p><p><b><span>Education and Experience</span></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.</li><li>10&#43; years of relevant supply chain experience, preferably in the life sciences and capital equipment manufacturing industry.</li><li>3&#43; years of people leadership and development.</li><li>Proficiency in an Enterprise System, such as SAP, Oracle, or another major ERP system.</li><li>Ability to build relationships across different parts of the organization: Commercial, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing.</li><li>Deep knowledge of end-to-end planning processes: demand planning, supply planning, new product&#39;s introduction, material planning, <span>manufacturing/capacity</span> planning and IBP / SIOP processes.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Compensation and Benefits</b></u></p>The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $141,800.00–$205,000.00.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
