<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Role Overview</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Sr. Manager, Medical Affairs Learning and Development, will report to the Associate Director of Strategic Medical Development and Education and play a key role in execution of medical training and onboarding initiatives for medical affairs. This individual will assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating medical training processes and tools for Medical Affairs (MA) personnel, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and key milestones. Collaborating closely with MA personnel, other internal stakeholders, and external partners, this role will contribute to training material development and knowledge assessment. The Sr. Manager will also support congress preparation, medical training initiatives, and launch readiness activities generation ensuring the medical team is equipped with the latest data and insights.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Medical Training &amp; Development:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Executes strategy for MA and serves as subject matter expert in cellular therapy across multiple disease spaces that encompass our pipeline.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Leads new-hire onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives for Medical Affairs staff including but not limited to literature review, guideline updates, competitor products label updates, new MA resources reviews with the AD Strategic Development and Learning.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist in the creation, evaluation, and implementation of medical training materials and activities for MA personnel and MSLs.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Supports development and executes Legend Congress readiness- pre-congress deep dive, post-congress debriefs and MA KOL educational meetings.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct assessments of field-based MSL knowledge and competency on scientific materials.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Help forecast and schedule training programs in alignment with strategic objectives.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new training technologies.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Launch Readiness:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate closely with the Associate Director to align medical training efforts with broader Medical Affairs initiatives.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with Clinical and Commercial teams on training and education initiatives as indicated.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Participate in launch readiness planning and congress preparation efforts.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage external agencies and stay within budget for training programs.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Decision Making:</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Have the authority to execute the training, and onboarding of medical affairs and will collaborate with the Associate Director of Strategic Development and Education.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Advanced terminal degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) or other advanced medical degree (NP, PA, etc.) preferred.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or training within the biopharmaceutical industry preferred (oncology and/or cell therapy preferred).</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with medical affairs training programs.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated success in managing projects and budgets and working in cross-functional teams in a matrix environment with a results focused attitude.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into actionable insights for diverse audiences.</span></li>
