This Sr Manager position for Supply Chain technology is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of the end-to-end solution delivery and process design serving as the primary interface with the clients and leading a cross-functional team to achieve established goals. </div><div>This person will be involved in recommending the most appropriate technology application for the client based on the business requirements and transformation needs. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills and technical background in end-to-end software development lifecycle, proficiency in managing complex integration projects and ensuring compliance with privacy standards is essential. The candidate should be a self-starter and have a strong passion for fostering innovation and excellence in the biotechnology industry.  Additionally, collaboration with cross-functional and global teams is required to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence. </div><div>Roles & Responsibilities: </div><div><ul><li>Collaborating with business stakeholders within commercial and clinical supply chain operations and business leads to design, implement, and manage features </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Define and communicate the product feature vision, including both technical / architectural features and enablement, and end-user features, ensuring alignment with business objectives across multiple solution stakeholder groups  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Create strategic roadmap for product health, technology innovations to ensure that the applications continue to align with business process requirements </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Work with Product Owners, Service Owners and developers/testers to ensure that delivery matches commitments, acting as an escalation point and facilitating communication when service commitments are not met </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to analyze supply chain operational data, to identify opportunities and develop insights to translate business requirements into clear fit gat analysis and technology implementation strategies for business transformation </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Leverage cutting-edge innovations in cloud technologies to achieve process efficiencies through automations using AI/ML, and agentic AI chatbots </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Oversee the software development lifecycle using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Fostering standard methodology sharing and alignment with business goals </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Develop talent, motivate the team, delegate effectively, champion diversity within the team and act as a role model of servant leadership.  </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams, including those in the US and other international locations </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead and handle large teams with varied strengths within a matrixed organization, collaborating with geographically dispersed teams, including those in the US and international locations </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure communication of key performance metrics and analysis of unmet needs </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure ongoing alignment with strategy, compliance, and regulatory requirements for technology investments and services </li></ul></div><div>Basic Qualifications and Experience: </div><div><ul><li>12 to 17 years of experience in Supply Chain Technology, Supply Chain Business, Engineering, IT or related field OR </li></ul></div><div>Functional Skills: </div><div>Must-Have Skills: </div><div><ul><li>Strong functional expertise and In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning applications covering Demand and Supply planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Inventory Optimization, Capacity and constraints, Master Production Schedule, Rough cut capacity planning </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning Solutions such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and the like, with 5+ years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response and/or Anaplan systems </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Prior implementation experience in end-to-end supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse platform or any prior experience with similar advanced planning applications like SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, OMP, and o9 platforms is desired </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Facilitating business process design, requirements gathering, conducting fit gap analysis and ability to design technical solutions leveraging Maestro (RapidResponse) capabilities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Provides architecture guidance on individual system designs;
