Position Summary:

Reporting to the Senior Director, HCP Marketing, the Senior Manager, HCP Marketing – Health Systems & Long-Term Care drives a One Acadia approach to executing Nuplazid’s HCP marketing plan across two priority channels: Health Systems and Long-Term Care (LTC). This role is the dedicated marketing partner to the Health Systems team and the LTC sales organization, translating brand strategy into the value, access, and pull-through resources these field teams need to expand appropriate use of Nuplazid in integrated delivery networks (IDNs), Centers of Excellence (COEs), hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and assisted living facilities (ALFs).

The Senior Manager develops account-based tools, non-personal promotion (NPP), and field materials that support Health System Managers (HSMs) and LTC Sales Specialists & Regional Account Managers (RAMs). Success requires close cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, Analytics, and agency partners, and a disciplined focus on commercial excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Health Systems Marketing

Serve as the primary marketing partner to the Health Systems team, developing account-based resources that help HSMs engage IDNs, COEs, hospitals, and key institutions to improve access and appropriate use of Nuplazid.
Build value and access materials anchored in RWE, HEOR, and HCRU data to support the health-system value story and address barriers to adoption.
Collaborate with the Health Information and Technology team to develop tools that support EHR interventions, medication transitions-of-care, and discharge order-set discussions within Centers of Excellence and IDNs, in partnership with Health Systems, Medical, and Compliance.
Create account-planning resources that help the field prioritize accounts and advance systematic opportunities.
Coordinate congress- and KOL-related engagement materials relevant to health systems, in partnership with the Associate Director, Brand Development & KOL Engagement.

Long-Term Care Marketing (supporting the LTC sales team)

Act as the dedicated marketing partner to the LTC sales team, delivering the promotional materials and field tools required to drive appropriate Nuplazid use across SNF and ALF settings.
Own development and maintenance of LTC-specific core visual aids (CVAs), reprints, leave-behinds, and derivative field materials tailored to LTC prescribers
Develop LTC in-service decks, account-planning resources, and facility-directed tools that support engagement with Medical Directors, Directors of Nursing (DONs), consultant pharmacists, and administrators.
Partner with the LTC Regional Account Managers on value/access materials (HCRU-based)
Support LTC Marketing/Insights Committee (MIC) meetings for the channel.
Ensure LTC messaging reflects the unique dynamics of the setting and remains aligned to the overall Nuplazid core story.

Non-Personal Promotion, CRM & Omnichannel

Lead development and execution of CRM and NPP materials — email campaigns, rep-triggered emails (RTEs), digital and banner assets — tailored to Health Systems and LTC customer segments.
Support HCP-facing website content and updates relevant to these channels, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with omnichannel campaigns.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

Partner across Sales leadership (Health Systems and LTC), Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support Services, Commercial Insights/Analytics (CIP/COBO), Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance to ensure seamless, integrated execution.
Manage agency and vendor partners, including timelines, deliverables, creative quality, and budget tracking for assigned workstreams.
Provide support for national and regional sales meetings, including content development, field training materials, and ongoing training support as needed.
Define metrics for program success, monitor performance, and recommend optimizations.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure all materials and programs adhere to the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process, legal guidance, corporate policies, and applicable U.S. healthcare laws and regulations.
Model Acadia’s values and a culture of integrity, quality, and cross-functional accountability.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, life sciences, business administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing (Senior Manager level); 5+ years may be considered at the Manager level.
Prior HCP marketing experience is required (e.g., promotional/NPP materials, CRM, field tools, congress support).
Experience supporting Health Systems / account-based marketing (IDNs, COEs, hospitals) and/or Long-Term Care (SNF/ALF) channels strongly preferred.

Key Skills:

Demonstrated ability to translate RWE, HEOR, and HCRU data into compelling value and access materials.
Demonstrated knowledge of brand management, field execution, and healthcare marketing metrics.
Proven ability to manage agencies and multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and influencing skills; solid understanding of the MLR/promotional review process.
Launch and new-product commercialization experience preferred.
Knowledge of neurology/neuropsychiatry therapeutics and the Neurology, Psychiatry, PCP, and LTC HCP market preferred.

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for discretionary bonus and equity awards based on factors such as individual and organizational performance. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and location.

Salary Range

$142,600—$178,300 USD
