The main goal of the E&amp;PS FM team is to ensure that the buildings, installations and utilities are available 24/7 in a safe and compliant manner for the occupants and their activities. To join, assist, support and lead this team, the EP&amp;S FM team is recruiting a Senior Facility manager based in Beerse (Belgium.</p><p>The candidate for this role will support the Beerse site while being part of the broader Sub regional (Belgium) Facilities team.</p><p></p><p><b>Key responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Coach &amp; lead a team of managers, engineers, planners, specialists, technicians and contractors who are all together as a team responsible for ensuring the 24/7 operational readiness of the facility infrastructure.</p></li><li><p>Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and our partners.</p></li><li><p>Final responsible for the daily exploitation of the R&amp;D facilities and central utilities for Beerse Campus.</p></li><li><p>Together with the managers of the team, act as the points of contact towards building users, quality, EHS², compliance and the entire E&amp;PS organization.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with global Health Authority regulations, environmental guidelines and internal operating procedures processes. Where required participate in Health Authority inspections and internal audits or ensure the team and the team’s activities are audit ready.</p></li><li><p>Participate in the implementation and maintenance of business continuity plans, emergency response plans and infrastructure management programs.</p></li><li><p>Be responsible for the long-range financial plan for R&amp;D and CU and follow up on maintenance budgets.</p></li><li><p>Establish a culture focused on professionalism and continuous improvement based on KPI’s, benchmarking and sharing best practices between sites and departments.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for the employees who work within the team in line with our Credo.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>·       MSC or BSC (with equivalent years of experience) in Engineering, Facility management or a related discipline.</p><ul><li><p>Minimum of 5&#43; years experience in facilities, utilities and maintenance is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Experienced in GxP and quality management.</p></li><li><p>Open minded and capable to implement best practices and technological renewal.</p></li><li><p>Experience in leading teams through change and dealing with organizational transformation.</p></li><li><p>Clear understanding of J&amp;J Credo Values.</p></li><li><p>Besides having a perfect command of Dutch, you speak and write English fluently.
