As a Senior Legal Counsel, you&#39;ll provide crucial legal support across various business operations, working on diverse and challenging matters that span multiple jurisdictions. You&#39;ll draft and review commercial contracts, provide strategic legal advice, and help manage compliance and regulatory matters. This role offers comprehensive exposure to cross-border transactions and the opportunity to develop expertise in specialized areas such as government contracts, competition law, and data privacy. Working in a collaborative environment, you&#39;ll partner with cross-functional teams and contribute to the company&#39;s growth while developing your legal career at a global industry leader. This position reports directly to the KR/TW Legal Director.</p><p></p><p><b>REQUIREMENTS:</b></p><ul><li>Advanced Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor&#39;s Degree plus 7&#43; years of post-qualification experience, preferably with both law firm and in-house corporate experience</li><li>Preferred Fields of Study: Law</li><li>Admission to practice law in relevant jurisdiction</li><li>Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts</li><li>Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, including government contracts, competition law, and data privacy</li><li>Experience with cross-border transactions and regional legal issues</li><li>Proven ability to manage complex legal matters and projects independently</li><li>Advanced English language proficiency; fluency in relevant local language(s)</li><li>Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities</li><li>Excellence in verbal and written communication</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization</li><li>Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceutical, healthcare) preferred</li><li>Strong business acumen and ability to provide practical, solutions-oriented legal advice</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders</li><li>Commitment to integrity and professional ethics</li><li>Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within established timeframes</li><li>Travel may be required for business needs</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
