You will design, curate, and manage high‑quality learning experiences that enable DD&T teams across multiple regions to adopt new platforms, strengthen digital competencies, and accelerate transformation. </p><p>This role blends instructional design, experience design, foundational IT fluency, stakeholder engagement, and Agile project management to deliver effective and scalable learning solutions. You will also help maintain DD&T’s learning ecosystem by ensuring training programs align with business needs, global standards, and learner‑experience best practices. </p><p></p><p><b>How You Will Contribute</b> </p><ul><li>Execute learning projects in accordance with the Learning Strategy, Learning Needs Assessment, and the overall Learning Roadmap. </li></ul><ul><li>Partner with stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization to understand learning needs, capability gaps, training requirements, and target audiences. </li></ul><ul><li>Conduct research and collaborate with Curriculum Designers, SMEs, and business partners to define curricula, content needs, delivery methods, and learning outputs. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure all programs align with the Global DD&T learning strategy and support business, technology, and transformation objectives. </li></ul><p><br /><b>Learning Experience Design & Development</b> </p><ul><li>Design and develop engaging learning experiences using instructional design, adult learning, visual design, and experience design principles. </li></ul><ul><li>Build scalable learning journeys and curricula for local and global audiences. </li></ul><ul><li>Translate IT platform capabilities into clear, intuitive learning materials using foundational technical understanding. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensuring learning experiences meet the needs of diverse audiences across cultures, functions, and time zones. </li></ul><p><br /><b>Learning Delivery & Program Management</b> </p><ul><li>Coordinate training schedules, communications, materials, and delivery logistics across regions. </li></ul><ul><li>Deliver training via both synchronous and asynchronous modalities. </li></ul><ul><li>Use Agile project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage workstreams, and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. </li></ul><p><br /><b>Evaluation, Innovation & Continuous Improvement</b> </p><ul><li>Evaluate learning program effectiveness using data, feedback, and learner insights; recommend enhancements. </li></ul><ul><li>Support rollout and adoption of new learning platforms, systems, and innovative learning solutions. </li></ul><ul><li>Apply experience design methods to enhance learner engagement and overall user experience. </li></ul><ul><li>Bring diverse perspectives and fresh ideas to improve learning solutions for global audiences. </li></ul><p><br /><b>Vendor & Stakeholder Management</b> </p><ul><li>Manage relationships with external vendors to source, develop, and deliver high‑quality learning solutions. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate effectively with Curriculum Designers, SMEs, HR teams, DD&T leaders, and business partners. </li></ul><ul><li>Partner with stakeholders to align learning objectives, priorities, and delivery expectations. </li></ul><p><br /><b>Requirements </b> </p><p><b>Capabilities</b> </p><p>These capabilities are critical for success in the role: </p><ul><li>Business English fluency - must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for global audiences. </li></ul><ul><li>Proven expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles. </li></ul><ul><li>Global work experience in large, complex, or highly cross‑functional organizations with multiple stakeholders and SMEs. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to design learning content for diverse audiences across cultures, functions, and time zones. </li></ul><ul><li>Proven expertise in digital domain (Office 365, LMS, and LxP) and content authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Vyond, Synthesia, and similar). </li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical ability to measure learning effectiveness and recommend improvements. </li></ul><p><br /><b>Skills & Qualifications </b> </p><p><b>Preferred Skills</b> </p><ul><li>Technical experience with DD&T‑relevant domains, such as digital platforms, foundational IT systems, or emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, GenAI, automation, etc.). </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with technology capability‑building programs. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with learning platforms such as SuccessFactors, EdCast, LinkedIn Learning, or Pluralsight. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to coordinate multiple projects, manage timelines, and operate in a fast‑paced environment. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong stakeholder management skills across regional and global matrix organizations. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong facilitation and communication skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience managing vendors and content providers. </li></ul><ul><li>PMP or PgMP certification. </li></ul><p><br /><b>Qualifications</b> </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Organizational Development, Business, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred. </li></ul><ul><li>3+ years of experience in learning & development, digital learning, instructional design, or related roles. </li></ul><p><br /><b>Competencies & Behaviors</b> </p><ul><li>Learner‑centric mindset, focused on tasks users must perform above theoretical explorations </li></ul><ul><li>Expert in clear communication;
