This role involves managing project teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful implementation of technological solutions within defined timelines and budgets. The position requires a blend of technical acumen, leadership capabilities, and strong business communication skills..</p><p></p><p><b>What will you be doing?</b></p><ul><li>Lead IT projects and programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and standards.</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.</li><li>Supervise and mentor project team members to foster skill development and high performance.</li><li>Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. (10 %)</li><li>Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including business units, IT, and external vendors.</li><li>Report on project status, prepare presentations, and maintain comprehensive documentation.</li><li>Ensure all project activities comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What will you need to be successful?</b></p><p>Success in the role will require a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization. Successful candidates would need the following:</p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.</span></li><li>At least 7 years of experience managing IT projects or programs (IT infrastructure related, M&amp;A), preferably in an international or cross-functional environment.</li><li><span>Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Scrum, Prince2).</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>You.
