This role partners closely with senior leadership to deliver workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and change initiatives across the organization. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p>Strategic HR Partnership</p><ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor to CEO and client business leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategies and inititatives.</li><li>Lead the human capital management of the commercial organization, meeting the business growth and cost control expectations.</li><li>Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps and implement solutions that drive client business performance.</li><li>Support performance management processes and coach leaders on effective feedback and development practices.</li><li>Facilitate organizational change and transformation projects, ensuring smooth adoption and communication.</li></ul><p></p><p>Employee Relations &amp; Engagement</p><ul><li>Address complex employee relations issues with sound judgment and fairness.</li><li>Ensure consistent application of HR policies and organizational values.</li><li>Partner with leaders to improve engagement, inclusion, and employee experience.</li><li>Act as an escalation point for sensitive or high-risk people situations.</li></ul><p></p><p>Organization and Talent Development Functional Leadership</p><ul><li>Define and own the enterprise talent development strategy aligned with global talent initiatives and best practices.</li><li>Build leadership capability pipelines, drive succession planning and ensure critical role readiness.</li><li>Oversee career framework design, internal mobility, and talent marketplaces.</li><li>Diagnose organizational health using data (engagement, performance, culture, capability gaps).</li><li>Design and lead organization-wide transformation initiatives aligned to talent strategy.</li><li>Partner with executive leadership on operating model, workforce planning, and change priorities.</li><li>Embed agile, inclusive, and future-ready organizational practices.</li></ul><p></p><p>People Management</p><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners to deliver high-impact support to the business.</li><li>Set clear expectations, goals, and priorities aligned with HR and business strategies.</li><li>Build team capability through regular feedback, performance management, coaching, and development planning.</li><li>Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative team culture that models company values.</li><li>Allocate resources effectively to meet business needs while ensuring quality and consistency of HR service delivery.</li><li>Support team members through change, complexity, and stakeholder challenges.</li><li>Identify and develop future HR leaders through mentorship and succession planning.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HR policies and professional standards across the team.</li></ul><p></p><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including strategic business partnering in a global or matrix organization.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of people management experience, including leading HR teams and functional specialists effectively, with the ability to develop others.</li><li>Strong expertise in Employee Relations and HR compliance across multiple geographies.</li><li>Proven experience in designing and implementing corporate engagement programs.</li></ul><p></p><p>Desired Characteristics</p><ul><li>Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to build and maintain trust with diverse people, including senior leaders and working level colleagues.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.</li><li>Ability to manage ambiguity and lead through change in a complex global environment.</li><li>Business-level fluency in English and Japanese.</li></ul><p></p><p><span>GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
