Position Summary 岗位概述: 

Be responsible for the formulation process and ensure all activities comply with EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) regulations and company policies.

负责配液过程并确保所有活动符合EHS（环境、健康、安全）法规和公司政策。

Key Responsibilities关键职责：

• Performs PMR to formulate liquid chemical formulation solution for IVD reagents and/or liquid media and/or cell bank etc., in strict compliance with EHS standards and operating procedures.

根据产品主文件，为体外诊断试剂和/或液体培养基和/或细胞进行配液，并严格遵守EHS标准和操作规程。

• Troubleshoots and optimizes the reagent formulation line to maintain continuity and efficiency in production, while ensuring all operations meet safety and environmental requirements.

负责试剂配料线的故障排除和优化，确保生产流程的连续性和效率，同时保证所有操作符合安全和环保要求。

• Performs selected in-process and release testing associated with manufacturing, following EHS guidelines for safe handling of chemicals and materials.

执行生产过程的相关测试，并遵循EHS指南，确保化学品和物料的安全处理。

• Calculates and weight raw material required for each batch by referencing amounts necessary to meet manufacturing schedule and product specifications, ensuring proper handling and storage of hazardous materials in accordance with EHS protocols.

根据计划及产品规格计算和称量每批产品所需的原材料，并按照EHS规程正确操作和储存危险物料。

• Handle daily maintenance and preventive maintenance of the formulation line to ensure stable equipment operation and production efficiency.

配料线的日常维护和预防性维护工作，以保障设备的稳定运行和生产效率。

• Works with level sensors to obtain knowledge of upper and lower limits and capacity.

理解相关的传感器上下限和能力的知识。

• Assist the production manager/line leader in planning and executing complex production processes to ensure the efficient completion of production tasks at various stages, while promoting a culture of safety and environmental awareness within the team.

协助生产经理/线长规划和执行复杂的生产流程，确保各阶段生产任务的高效完成，并在团队内推广安全和环保意识的文化。

• Possess data analysis skills to analyze production data in depth for optimizing product performance and enhancing production efficiency.

具备数据分析能力，能够对生产数据进行深入分析，以优化产品性能和提升生产效率。

• Responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of the production line according to standard operating procedures and work instructions, ensuring equipment is in good condition.

依据标准操作程序和工作指导书，负责生产线的日常检查和维护，确保设备处于良好状态。

• Participate in the regular emergency evacuation drills organized by the company and demonstrate understanding of basic emergency response and evacuation procedures.

参与公司定期组织的应急疏散演练，掌握基本应急响应与逃生技能。

• Identify and report potential safety hazards and environmental risks and support the implementation of EHS improvement initiatives.

识别和报告潜在的安全隐患与环境风险，支持现场EHS改进措施的实施。

• Comply with chemical management and waste segregation requirements to ensure environmental regulations are met.

遵守化学品管理与废弃物分类要求，确保操作过程符合环保规定。

• Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to the management of the formulation team and cross-departmental collaboration.

履行分配的其他职责，包括但不限于配料小组的管理、跨部门协作。

Qualifications要求:

• College Above or equivalent on chemical，bioengineering etc.

化学、生物工程等大专以上及同等学历。

• Would like to attend OT if required.

愿意按公司的要求服从加班的需要。

• IVD reagent/Liquid media manufacturing experience is preferred

有体外诊断化学试剂或培养基生产经验优先。
