As a Large Molecule Contract Drug and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), we provide essential, specialized services for developing and producing complex biologics--such as monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, and cell & gene therapies--from preclinical stages to commercialization. <br /><br />Seeking a Senior Finance Manager who will lead an FP&A team of 3 supporting a $1billion P&L with manufacturing operations in North America, Europe, and APAC. This role will own the financial planning and analytics consolidation for the business unit and serve as FP&A Lead for the Senior Director, Finance, for the Large Molecule business unit. In addition, the position holder will provide valuable decision support, identify and implement operational improvement opportunities and develop a strong finance team.<br /><br /><b>What you will do:</b><br /><br />• Lead AOP / QBR / STRAP/ MBR for the Large Molecule business unit<br /><br />• Monitor and analyze financials, including leading monthly and quarterly reporting (revenue, gross margin, OPEX, KPI's, CAPEX, FCF)<br /><br />• Lead data analysis for the business, using complex data and problem solving<br /><br />• Analyze financial and business performance against key business metrics and identify pertinent financial highlights, enabling understanding of progress against strategic business plans</p><p></p><p>• Closely partner with 8 Site Finance Leads and Controllership/Accounting teams globally through monthly close, forecast, and business reviews</p><p><br />• Understand and deploy the best tools / methods to effectively communicate complex data and topics<br /><br />• Develop high quality effective presentations (i.e. engaging, motivating, concise, well-prep)<br /><br />• Identify, communicate, and lead risk & opportunities to the forecast and help drive mitigation actions<br /><br />• Build and develop a high performing team<br /><br /><br /><b>How you will get here:</b><br /><br />• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in progressive finance, including financial planning & analysis, reporting and analytics<br /><br /><b>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities</b><br /><br />• An ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and strong finance skills<br /><br />• Proven understanding of Excel (i.e., financial models and analysis), SAP ERP (or equivalent), PowerPoint, and Hyperion preferred<br /><br />• Proficient verbal and written communication skills<br /><br />• Proven business partner and influencer<br /><br /><b>Travel requirements</b><br /><br />• 20% domestic/international travel required</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Compensation and Benefits</b></u></p>The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $130,000.00–$194,950.00.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
