<p style="text-align:left"><b>Work Schedule</b></p>Standard (Mon-Fri)<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Environmental Conditions</b></p>Office<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b><u>Job Description</u></b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary finance partner for assigned core/strategic accounts, owning end-to-end financial performance</li><li>Lead account-level analysis, margin optimization, pricing strategy and initiatives. Build and maintain financial models for insightful evaluation</li><li>Partner with Sales and Product Manager to shape account strategies, investment decisions, and long-term growth plans. Develop a deep understanding of customer economics, contract structures, and growth drivers</li><li>Own forecasting and budgeting processes for core accounts, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Track performance vs. plan, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions</li><li>Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor financial and operational health, drive digitalization in key accounts management and review</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights</li><li>Conduct annual price agreement reviews and maintain price quotes in the system for key accounts</li><li>Support QBR and MBR reviews, and perform other ad hoc analysis and special projects as required </li></ul><p><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field</li><li>6+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or commercial finance</li><li>Proven experience supporting large or strategic accounts, customers, or business units</li><li>Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills</li><li>Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems and BI tools</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders</li></ul><p><b>Preferred</b></p><ul><li>Experience partnering closely with Sales or Account Management teams</li><li>Background in pricing strategy & contract analysis</li><li>Experience in a matrixed, fast-paced, or global organization</li></ul><p><b>Key Competencies</b></p><ul><li>Strategic and commercial mindset</li><li>Strong ownership mentality and accountability</li><li>Ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking</li><li>Confident communicator and relationship builder</li><li>Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex business decisions</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
