<p>This position is part of the <i><</i><i>Spec-in, Bio-Process China</i><i>></i> located in <i><China</i><i>> </i>and will be <remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.</p><p></p><p><b>In this role, you will have the opportunity to:</b></p><ul><li>Execute cell culture media (CCM) application strategy and territory plans, achieving design in related technologies into customers pipeline drug processes, tracking clinical drug pipeline design in win rate, through strong DBS mindset and methodology.</li><li>Address customer requirements, racking the trial results, pull through CCM leads, provide customer high level technical application expertise to support customer to complete the PD specification. Especially cell culture PD/scale up / manufacture application technical support.</li><li>Work with sales and modality to create and win sales opportunities for industrial CCM products in an assigned territory across pre-sales and post-sales customer support.</li><li>Showcase all product features to customers based on their needs, including potential applications, product performance, and advantages; possess the ability to assist customers in process development (providing application solutions, training, and related services), continuously improving and optimizing customer utilization of products to enhance customer satisfaction and market share.</li><li>Development segment application insights, provide solutions for external and internal training.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>The Essential Requirements </b><b>o</b><b>f </b><b>t</b><b>he Job Include:</b></p><ul><li>Master’s degree or above in biopharmaceutical-related disciplines.</li><li>At least 3 years of cell culture technical experience and in-depth research and practice in a specific field; experience in biopharmaceutical industrial production or academic research is preferred.</li><li>Skilled in optimizing culture media or process for the improvement on protein titer and quality, and able to provide clients with appropriate recommendations.</li><li>Strong adaptability, willing to flexibly adjust to changing work environments, travel extensively within the designated region to support customers, and respond promptly to market changes by adjusting application strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering pre-sales and post-sales presentations at client sites and public events, and able to participate in national sales meetings and industry conferences.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, able to manage and resolve conflicts, communicate issues, and propose solutions to internal team members and external customers. Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Business acumen and insight to assist the sales team in developing or adjusting sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.</li><li>High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas in a way that results in understanding and impact to build effective customer relationships.</li><li>Leadership of project management and innovation of cell culture technology.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Position Competencies and other requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Willing to travel with high degree rate</li><li>To work safely and to comply with the company’s health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures</li><li>To keep your work area tidy and free from hazards.</li><li> Report and address any safety defects.</li></ul><p><span>Join our winning team today.
