Are you looking to apply your advanced engineering analysis skills to help develop aerospace filtration products to meet critical customer needs?  The Senior Engineer II – Analysis is responsible for leading and delivering high‑quality engineering analysis activities, including stress (FEA) and flow (CFD) analysis, to support the design, qualification, and in‑service support of aerospace filtration products. This role provides technical content and support across multiple projects, ensuring analysis is delivered right‑first‑time to support safe, reliable, and cost‑effective product solutions.

This position is part of Pall’s Global Aerospace Engineering team and will be located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform and lead stress, vibration, material, and flow analyses to substantiate product performance from concept through qualification and in‑life support.

  • Deliver clear, robust analysis work packages and reports, supporting design reviews, bids, and customer engagements.

  • Drive right‑first‑time optimisation and continuous improvement by identifying technical risks, proposing mitigations, and promoting best practice analysis methods.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical or Aerospace or Industrial or equivalent) with 7-9 years’ experience in the relevant technical areas and will be preferred with experience from industry which are into design of filtration products, analysis or equivalent.

  • Strong expertise in engineering analysis methods, including FEA (structural, vibration, material) and CFD (flow and pressure drop), within a regulated industry (Aerospace preferred).

  • Ability to define verification and validation approaches, support product testing strategies, and analyse test results to confirm compliance and performance.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to engineers, management, and customers.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Mentoring or coaching other engineers and contributing to the development of standard work and best practices for analysis.

  • Supporting bids, proposals, or early‑phase design optimisation through rapid, high‑quality analysis.
