Creates project plan & documentation and facilitate realisation of the process improvements. Reviews SOP and supports the team to update them regularly. </div><div>Trains new joiners for AP processes on a high process level and support their integration. It will also support the Leader as a back up in managing operational workload. </div><div>  </div><div>  </div><div>Key Responsibilities: </div><div><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the payment processes </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Provide expert guidance and support to the team on P2P processes, policies, and systems </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead process improvement projects assigned by the team leader (PPI) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounts payable systems and tools </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Resolve payment-related queries and issues in a timely manner </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Manage the disbursement process, including payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Cooperate with other teams in P2P and finance departments in GBS to facilitate process improvements and make sure all impacted teams are involved </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the function </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Ensures quality in customer service levels are maintained both internally and externally. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Have a stable overview on the performance of all functions associated with execution, monitoring and quality payment runs, master data and query management </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensures that VAT and TAX payments are completed time. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support Migration projects from process perspective: active participation on standardizing incoming tasks and integrate processes to the harmonized GBS EMEA processes </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Other tasks assigned </li></ul></div><div>  </div><div>Skills Required: </div><div><ul><li>Strong knowledge of all payment methods for root cause analysis and process improvements </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Deep understanding on Accounts Payable processes </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experienced with SAP, Oracle, Navision, QAD, JD E1, Wallstreet </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to meet deadlines </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Must be detail oriented as well as exhibit strong organizational skills. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Professional and customer focused with attention to detail. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience in high volume, multi entity, multi-currency processing function </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Understanding and appreciation of audit, SOX requirements & VAT rules </li></ul></div><div>  </div><div>Education & Experience: </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration field. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proven experience in accounts payable or a related finance role, with a focus on Procure To Pay processes. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proficiency in AP software and ERP systems. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and collaborators. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Diligent with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
