Role Overview The Sr. Director, U.S. Marketing will play a pivotal role in delivering the promise of CARVYKTI to Multiple Myeloma patients in the U.S. market. This position will be responsible for leading US marketing strategy, collaborating with Legend's commercial partner Johnson &amp; Johnson on various aspects of brand development, launch preparedness, and execution. The role will serve as the primary U.S. marketing point for Carvykti at Legend, building core marketing capabilities in cell therapy across US market. This position will be based in Bridgewater, NJ. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop and execute comprehensive US marketing strategy for CARVYKTI.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop and implement comprehensive KOL engagement plans aligned with Carvykti's market positioning and growth objectives.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Establish and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the oncology and CAR-T cell therapy fields across the U.S.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Create a robust network of influential Carvykti advocates within the medical community.&nbsp;</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Extensive US marketing experience with a proven track record of successfully managing large brands required.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong scientific background with deep knowledge of Hematology/Oncology; experience with CAR-T/cellular therapy strongly preferred.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing global environments.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to conceptualize and articulate a vision for the brand that energizes all functional areas and stakeholders across regions.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Minimum of 15+ years of industry experience, including 7+ years of oncology/hematology sales &amp; marketing experience, with demonstrable global exposure.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proven ability to think strategically, align stakeholders, and drive performance in diverse markets.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Exceptional communication skills with a track record of delivering complex messages to various internal and external customers through influential presentations.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
