Through collaboration with internal and external partners, this individual will own the creation of a multi-year technology roadmap and lead the identification, qualification &amp; deployment of technology solutions, while driving digital transformation across the company.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What will you do?</span></b></p><ul><li>Engage across the Global Procurement team and with external parties to understand business needs, assess the digital market, and formulate technology requirements in a multi-year digital roadmap</li><li>Lead cross-functional councils to assess, prioritize, and govern technology solutions, inclusive of SaaS, AI, and automation</li><li>Design and develop the future state technology landscape, including people, process, data and technology, and obtain support from leadership</li><li>Provide guidance, ensure business needs are met, and ensure alignment with project leadership teams for the development of solutions</li><li>Lead the delivery and implementation of innovative digital procurement solutions, ensuring adoption across the organization to enhance procurement processes and decision making</li><li>Drive efficiency and effectiveness through digital solutions, ensuring that technology optimally supports Procurement’s strategic goals</li><li>Define the future phases of technology solutions by collaborating with end users to prioritize requirements, align on expected outcomes, and deliver results according to the project plan</li><li>Lead change related to implementation of new systems and processes, including planning, influencing business leaders, and development of training</li><li>Lead technology deployments and project resources</li><li>Proactively discover opportunities and priorities for process improvements, system standardization, and increased adoption related to core procurement technology</li><li>Lead efforts with the business to develop business justifications related to new technology investments</li><li>Scan market to understand external technology trends and identify and assess available technology solutions over a 3-5 year horizon<br /> </li></ul><p><b><span>How will you get here?</span></b><br /><br /><b><span>Education</span></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s and/or Master&#39;s degree in business, IT, finance, engineering or Supply Chain</li><li>Minimum 8 years experience the Procurement technology space<br /> </li></ul><p><b><span>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities</span></b></p><ul><li>Ability to translate business challenges into people, process, data, and technology solutions</li><li>Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to efficiently organize forums and coordinate communication with team members</li><li>Excellent communication skills for structuring ideas in a clear and concise manner with technical and functional partners are various levels of the organization</li><li>Consistent track record in leading, delivering, and realizing the business value of digital procurement transformations</li><li>Experience with digital transformation, process automation, and technology management</li><li>Ability to influence without direct management and lead change across the function</li><li>Experience in matrixed project management</li><li>Robust project management skills and capabilities (Gantt charts, dashboards, key deliverables, business justification development)</li></ul></div></div></div></div><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
