Leverage Roche compliance culture and mindset</p><ul><li><p>Foster the compliance culture and mindset and right behavior including various business partner for business sustainability</p></li><li><p>Lead and execute compliance campaigns and feedback sessions to advocate a strong culture of integrity and ethical mindset</p></li><li><p>Develop and advance compliance training program to role model compliance behaviors</p></li></ul><p></p><p>2. Implement group directives and guidelines with One Roche approach</p><ul><li><p>Implement global code and processes locally based on newly developed policies or guidelines. (e.g. Roche Code of Conduct, Roche Behavior in Business, Conflict of Interest, Speak-up etc.)</p></li><li><p>Ensure the information compliance in accordance with group directive and local regulations. (e.g. Confidentiality level, No recording, Retention schedule etc.)</p></li><li><p>Support to manage external investigation as necessary (e.g. mock dawn raid)</p></li></ul><p></p><p>3. Lead and manage non-compliance issues and internal investigation with legal assessment</p><ul><li><p>Develop the internal guidelines and procedures of non-compliance handling and internal investigation</p></li><li><p>Establish and implement the mitigation action plans and corrective measure related to non-compliance and internal investigation</p></li><li><p>Manage group reporting system and relevant documentation of non-compliance issues and internal investigation (e.g. BEIMS)</p></li></ul><p></p><p>4. Manage regular compliance monitoring program</p><ul><li><p>Develop and execute a comprehensive compliance monitoring program</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular compliance monitoring and report to leadership team on a regular basis</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>5. </span>Ensure business strategy through solution-oriented collaboration</p><ul><li><p>Provide compliance training and strategic advice and manage training log</p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with group/regional and other key stakeholders </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><u><b> Job responsibilities</b></u></p><p></p><p>1. Drive the comprehensive compliance program to leverage the compliance culture and mindset</p><p>2. Implement newly released group directives and guidelines in a timely manner</p><p>3. Conduct internal investigation and regular compliance monitoring and implement any corrective measures.</p><p>4. Establish internal controls and processes to manage external investigation with legal assessment.</p><p>5. Ensure adequate record maintenance and processes in place in accordance with group and local requirement</p><p>6. Communicate effectively related to non-compliance issues with internal and external stakeholders.</p><p>7. Conduct accurate and timely reporting in accordance with global and local regulation.</p><p>8. Provide compliance training and solution-oriented advice as of business enablers.</p><p></p><p><u><b>Who you are </b></u></p><ul><li><p>Major in Law</p></li><li><p>Lawyer or professional certificate is preferred.
