You will partner with business and IT leaders to ensure secure, scalable, and future-ready collaboration environments while driving innovation, compliance, and user productivity across the organization.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Provide architectural leadership and roadmap planning across Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms</li><li>Govern, optimize, and automate collaboration environments using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Logic Apps</li><li>Lead migrations and transformations for SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Email, and file services, including BOX, Dropbox, Egnyte, and on-premises file shares</li><li>Collaborate with Identity, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment using Microsoft Purview and Defender solutions</li><li>Design and implement custom integrations and applications using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, Angular, React, and SOAP/XML APIs</li><li>Support Multi-Geo tenant strategies for global data residency and compliance</li><li>Leverage AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI capabilities to enhance productivity and collaboration</li><li>Lead architecture and optimization of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform</li><li>Establish and enforce enterprise data governance frameworks and compliance standards</li><li>Guide Azure tenant strategy, including hybrid cloud and multi-tenant environments, migrations, and licensing optimization</li><li>Mentor engineers and act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in a senior architecture role focused on Microsoft 365 and Azure</li><li>Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Power Platform, Copilot)</li><li>Experience with Azure architecture, Microsoft Defender, Intune, and endpoint management</li><li>Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks</li><li>Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions</li><li>Familiarity with AI and Generative AI in enterprise collaboration environments</li></ul></div>     The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted. <h2>JOB FAMILY:</h2>IT Services & Solutions Delivery     <h2>DIVISION:</h2>BTS Business Technology Services        <h2>LOCATION:</h2>Malaysia > Selangor : Imazium, No. 8, Jalan SS 21/37     <h2>ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:</h2>     <h2>WORK SHIFT:</h2>Standard     <h2>TRAVEL:</h2>Not specified     <h2>MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE:</h2>Not Applicable     <h2>SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES:</h2>Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day), Keyboard use (greater or equal to 50% of the workday)
