Roles and Responsibilities.
Deliver new products, solutions or functions which will help customers to address their clinical and operational
challenges.
Own the product scope, provide the product inputs to engineering team for technical scope and user requirement
development
Responsible for the execution of the product roadmap per the customer value propositions and market viability.
Collaborating with a multi-functional organization, including SBU&RBU product marketing, sales, supply chain,
medical affairs, finance, regulatory and R&D teams, while ensuring compliance.
Prove the clinical value and economical value of new product/function achieving customer needs and product
development expectation through external evaluation.
Work with Commercial Marketing to create the requisite sales enablement tools, marketing collaterals.
Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines,
markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters
and is able to construct and provide recommendations.
May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates
difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point
of view.
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in imaging product management &/or commercial marketing
• Healthcare Imaging product development experience in Engineering, Program, Marketing, Commercial.
• Open mindset to respectfully considering diverse viewpoints and trying new thinking styles
• Interpersonal skills to engage mutually beneficial dialogues with clients and colleagues alike
• Capability of clear and concise written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English
• Strongly compliance driven
