<ul><li><p><span>Reporting to the <b>Lead of Southeast Asia Candidate Experience</b>, the <b>Sr. Associate/Associate, Talent Acquisition</b> will be responsible for recruiting positions from <b>entry level up to Manager level</b> in <b>Indonesia</b>, with opportunities to support hiring needs across additional <b>Southeast Asia markets</b>. The role will manage hiring for all assigned positions and oversee <b>end‑to‑end recruitment and stakeholder management</b>, ensuring the <b>Talent Acquisition Advisor Model</b> is consistently practiced.</span></p><p><span>The position will partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR/People Experience colleagues to meet business hiring needs.
