This role involves working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create high-quality, scalable software solutions and automating operations, monitoring system health, and responding to incidents to minimize downtime. </div><div>Roles & Responsibilities: </div><div><ul><li>Hands on work, building and maintaining Anaplan models to support pricing, rebate, and provider contracting workflows </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Integrate Anaplan models with multiple data sources (ERP, CRM, flat files for seamless data flow, automate data loads, calculations and reporting processes to reduce manual effort </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Contribute to both model build as well as APP updates </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Drive continuous improvement in architecture by finding opportunities for innovation and efficiency </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Co-innovate with Value & Access team by planning and managing Product roadmaps </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Work directly with business SMEs to understand, prioritize and advise on application focus and rollout </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Work independently, function as a knowledge resource for less experienced team members </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Serve as lead for operational support in a DevOps model for the deployed Anaplan solutions </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Own and maintain SDLC documentation using Agile tools such as Confluence </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Basic Qualifications and Experience: </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s / Master’s degree and 4 to 8 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience</li></ul></div><div>Functional Skills: </div><div>Must-Have Skills: </div><div><ul><li>Demonstratable experience of implementing or managing multiple planning solutions in Anaplan (preferred) or similar EPM tools (e.g. Hyperion, OneStream, SAP BPC or TM1) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience working in DevOps teams, utilizing tools like Jira </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Possess strong learning agility and analytical thinking with solid attention to detail </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Outstanding interpersonal skills and technical leadership </li></ul></div><div>Good-to-Have Skills: </div><div><ul><li>Strong solution design and problem-solving skills </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience in developing differentiated and deliverable solutions </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into solution </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with pharmaceutical contracting </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Professional Certifications </div><div><ul><li>Anaplan Level 3 Certification (preferred) </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams (preferred) </li></ul></div><div>Soft Skills: </div><div><ul><li>Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>High degree of initiative and self-motivation </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Team-oriented, with a focus on achieving team goals </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong presentation and public speaking skills </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Shift Information:  </div><div>This position requires you to work a later shift and may be assigned a second or third shift schedule.
