Join a passionate team of technologists and strategists who thrive on problem-solving, collaboration, and making a significant impact.</p><p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain AEM front-end components, templates, dialogs, and workflows to deliver engaging and responsive web experiences.</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Design and implement user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for AEM-powered websites and applications, ensuring consistency with brand and accessibility standards.</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable front-end code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and AEM-specific frameworks.</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and design concepts into functional AEM components.</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Work with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionality.</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Implement integrations with third-party systems and APIs to enhance site capabilities.</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Participate in technical discussions with team leads, gathering requirements and proposing front-end solutions.</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Partner with cross-functional teams—including designers, backend developers, and architects—to deliver high-quality, scalable AEM solutions.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Basic Qualifications:</b></p><p>Master's degree<br />OR<br />Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience on AEM development<br /> </p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with Adobe AEM Sites front-end development, including components, templates, and HTL.</li><li>Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.</li><li>Familiarity with AEM frameworks such as Sling models and client libraries and how they work in coordination with AEM backend.</li><li>Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers and backend developers in a cross-functional environment.</li><li>Solid understanding of front-end performance optimization and accessibility standards.</li><li>Knowledge of storybook is a plus</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across the AEM front-end stack.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose scalable front-end solutions.</li></ul><p><b><u>Good to have</u></b></p><ul><li>Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js integrated into AEM.</li><li>Exposure to SPA Editor and headless AEM implementations.</li><li>Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, etc.) for personalization and analytics.</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native deployment strategies.</li><li>Understanding of SEO best practices and advanced caching strategies for front-end performance.</li><li>Adobe AEM certification is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills to bridge technical and design teams.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>.
