<p>Job Description</p><p><b>ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li><p>Portfolio strategy building & evaluation: Developing portfolio strategy for responsible therapeutic field under the guidance of Vx head. Cooperating with cross-functions, especially BD/BU, to evaluate their mature products and determine which one is needed to transfer GTM model.</p></li><li><p>GTM model developing & partner connection: Kickoff GTM model transfer project for target product. Confirming details of the new model by collaboration with cross-functions support. Supporting BD function with bidding, 3rd partner selecting, negotiation, contract sign off.</p></li><li><p>Contract management: Managing contractual obligations, such as key milestones; interpretation of the contract details; negotiating with 3rd partner for key issues.</p></li><li><p>Process management: Building key operational systems and ensure them running smoothly. Tracking all KPIs delivery on time, such as business delivery; payment collection; supply management; compliance monitoring and regular exchange meetings.</p></li><li><p>Brand management: Guiding partner in right strategy in promotion. Paying attention on their business progress through business report, ad hoc meetings, and other interaction.
