Sr. Accounting Manager

The Sr. Accounting Manager will play a critical role in building and leading the accounting function for a high-growth medical device start-up preparing for its first financial audit. This position will oversee all core accounting operations—general ledger, cost accounting, and financial reporting—while supporting financial planning and analysis (FP&A). The ideal candidate is a CPA with a strong foundation in U.S. GAAP, audit preparation, and process improvement who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Essential Responsibilities include leading the close processes, performing general and cost accounting activities, maintaining and reconciling general ledger, overseeing A/R, A/P, payroll, and cash management, preparing and reviewing GAAP-compliant financial statements, managing tax compliance, implementing accounting systems, and serving as the primary interface with the Audit Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors. FP&A responsibilities include developing financial models and forecasts, supporting budgeting processes, conducting variance analysis, and partnering cross-functionally with other teams.
