Join Roche, where every voice matters.<h3></h3><h3>The Position</h3>Role Purpose<ul><li>As the leader for the squad team, set the vision and strategic ambition for the squad and be accountable for the delivery of Disease Area MTO/STO</li><li>As an enterprise leader, prioritize squad outcomes and ensure resource requirements are met to align with affiliate MTO/STO and portfolio priorities.</li><li>As country connector to work closely with DCL (Disease Commercialization Lead) and affiliate key stakeholders (ET/CL/TL) to mobilize affiliate and network resources</li></ul>Role Scope1. Set Ambition and Strategic Vision:<ul><li>Establish the squad's vision, high ambitions, and key outcomes for the squad by leveraging insights from customer facing roles and other key stakeholders across the enterprise.</li><li>Hold overall accountability for the squad’s performance, including delivering outcomes and managing the P&L within a framework of shared responsibility.</li><li>Lead the prioritization of disease area strategies, co-create the squad's OBP, and support financial planning to drive long-term impact.</li></ul>2. Lead and Inspire Teams:<ul><li>Collaborate with people leaders to foster squad member capability growth to deliver team shared goals and actively participate in the employee contribution cycle.</li><li>Empower the squad team to make decisions, enable prioritization, and manage conflicts effectively to achieve ambitious outcomes, fostering a collaborative and continuous learning environment.</li></ul>3. Ensure Strategic Prioritization and Resource Allocation:<ul><li>Adopt an enterprise mindset, taking into account affiliate strategies and portfolio priorities to prioritize squad outcomes.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure resource requirements are met to deliver on MTOs and STOs.</li><li>Partner with WPO to enable effective WP execution and prioritization aligned with affiliate priorities.</li><li>Facilitate squad resource prioritization and fluidity, ensuring alignment under the OBP cycle on a 120 days cycle.</li></ul>4. Foster Partnerships and Network Engagement:<ul><li>Foster both external and internal partnerships, ensuring that clinical and non-clinical stakeholders view Roche as their preferred partner.</li><li>Mobilize the network swiftly to address the urgent needs of key stakeholders.</li><li>Inspire the squad team to engage and dialogue with key stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment and timely support.</li><li>Enable cross-affiliate networking to achieve and scale team and organizational outcomes, connecting and mobilizing DA network resources to fit local needs.</li></ul>5. Catalyze Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:<ul><li>Partner with internal stakeholders to catalyze collaboration towards achieving the triple-win goal.</li><li>Accelerate learning and sharing across squads, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li style="color:#000000 !important">Good Compliance track record. No material Compliance violation has been identified in the past 5 years. </li><li>Minimum 8+ years working experience in the pharma industry. </li></ul>Education:<ul><li>A bachelor degree in scientific, economic, or business related fields. An advanced degree in Life Science and/or MBA is a plus.</li></ul>Working Experience:<ul><li>Experience in managing senior key stakeholders</li><li>Experience in leading cross-functional teams </li><li>Experience in planning and managing resources prioritization</li><li>Experience in leadership role (formal or informal) is preferred </li></ul> Competencies <ul><li style="color:#000000 !important">A VACC (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst and Coach) leader with a creative mind.
