Stiamo cercando uno/una Specialist Representative da inserire nella BU Respiratory, Immunology & Inflammation per le province di Catania e Messina.

Position Summary
Sarai parte del team scientifico di GSK in Sicilia come Specialist Representative. In questo ruolo visiterai operatori sanitari specialistici, condividerai aggiornamenti scientifici accurati e raccoglierai insight clinici dal territorio. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con colleghi/e medici, regional manager, team marketing e compliance. Cerchiamo una persona motivata, con buon orientamento al cliente e voglia di crescere in un ambiente che unisce scienza, tecnologia e talento per anticipare le malattie insieme.

Il tuo ruolo:

• Condurre visite scientifiche a medici specialisti del territorio e mantenere relazioni professionali solide.
• Aggiornare costantemente le conoscenze scientifiche e partecipare attivamente alle attività di formazione aziendale.
• Identificare i bisogni informativi degli operatori sanitari e pianificare interventi coerenti con il call plan.
• Segnalare tempestivamente osservazioni rilevanti, incluse sospette reazioni avverse, al responsabile di farmacovigilanza.
• Proporre iniziative locali di aggiornamento scientifico e promuovere l’uso di strumenti digitali per l’engagement.
• Eseguire gli adempimenti amministrativi nei tempi richiesti, rispettando regole, codici e procedure aziendali.

Responsibilities

• Fornire informazione scientifica accurata e bilanciata agli operatori sanitari specialisti.
• Sviluppare e mantenere un piano di visite efficace e documentare interazioni cliniche.
• Collaborare con team cross-funzionali per allineare attività locali e regionali.
• Contribuire al miglioramento continuo attraverso feedback del territorio e insight clinici.
• Rispettare le normative di settore e le policy aziendali in tutte le attività.
• Gestire spese e rendicontazione secondo le procedure aziendali.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

Stiamo cercando persone con queste competenze e qualifiche per raggiungere i nostri obiettivi:

• Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia, Scienze Biologiche, Chimica con indirizzo organico o biologico, Farmacia ecc. (vedi Decreto-legge 219/2006 e successivi aggiornamenti).

• Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni come Informatore Scientifico / Specialist Representative o ruolo analogo.

• Esperienza specifica in aree specialistiche come pneumologia, allergologia, otorinolaringoiatria e immunologia.

• Buona padronanza degli strumenti Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) e canali digitali per comunicazione remota.

• Conoscenza delle norme e delle procedure relative all’informazione scientifica e farmacovigilanza.

• Capacità di lavorare in autonomia, organizzare il proprio lavoro e gestire relazioni con stakeholder clinici.

• Residenza: Catania o Messina.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Le seguenti competenze saranno considerate un plus:

• Conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta.

• Esperienza nell’utilizzo avanzato di strumenti digitali per eventi formativi e remote engagement.

• Capacità di lavorare in team cross-funzionali e di influenzare decisioni cliniche in modo etico.

• Attitudine proattiva, orientamento al risultato e abilità di problem solving.

Italian Salary Range / Fascia retributiva in Italia: EUR 55,425 to EUR 92,375 The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location.
