The Role
BMS Cruiserath Biologics is seeking to recruit a permanent Specialist, Reliability Technician – GMP Maintenance (Days).
Position Summary
The Reliability Technician is a permanent, hands-on technical role within the GMP Maintenance Days Team, responsible for the safe, compliant and effective maintenance of GMP manufacturing equipment and associated systems.
The role executes planned and unplanned maintenance activities, including preventative and predictive maintenance, calibration support and equipment troubleshooting. A key focus is maintaining equipment reliability, ensuring high-quality maintenance execution and supporting the continued safe and compliant operation of the manufacturing facility.
The Reliability Technician works collaboratively with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Planning and specialist vendors to resolve equipment issues, improve maintenance strategies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
