The Global Sourcing Management Group (GSMG) plays a critical role in enabling business success by partnering with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to deliver value, insights, and innovative sourcing solutions.
Within GSMG, the Digital Strategy & Insights Office is responsible for accelerating business outcomes through digital enablement and ensuring consistent governance of GSMG policies through operational excellence. The team includes Digital Capability, Information Governance, Business Process, and Digital Delivery functions.
The Procurement Process Excellence Specialist is a key member of the Process Excellence team and supports GSMG by driving sourcing and contracting process excellence, policy adherence, compliance governance, and audit readiness. This role partners closely with stakeholders across GSMG and with cross-functional groups including Legal, Finance, Global Compliance, Global Business Services, and Audit teams to enable efficient, compliant, and scalable Procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Contracting Process Excellence
Provide day-to-day support for global sourcing and contracting activities.
Support initiatives to optimize, standardize, and continuously improve sourcing and contracting processes and systems across global stakeholders.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and collaborate with the Digital Delivery team to translate needs into system enhancements.
Support implementation of global business process changes, including process documentation, testing, training, and change management activities.
Policy, Compliance, and Audit Support
Act as a central point of contact for procurement-related audits; coordinate documentation collection, analyze audit outcomes, and support self-audits to drive continuous improvement.
Support projects related to the maintenance, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Corporate Policy 6 and related procurement policies and standards.
Provide operational support for key GSMG, GWES (Global Workplace & Enterprise Services_, and Supplier Development & Performance Management (SDPM) governance processes, including the Global Sourcing Committee, Grant of Authority (GoA), and annual company Corporate Audit & Assurance Services (MCAAS) audit programs.
Required Education:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of procurement or sourcing-related experience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
Solid understanding of procurement functions.
Working knowledge of audit and compliance processes.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and organizational discipline.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through both written and verbal channels.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and willingness to challenge existing processes to drive improvement.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Word, Excel and PPT skills and strong digital acumen.
Experience with SAP Ariba and/or other ERP systems preferred.

The salary range for this role is
$87,300.00 - $137,400.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
