You’ll collaborate with extraordinary experts across domains to build high-impact digital solutions that accelerate research, streamline operations, and empower better patient outcomes. </p><p></p><p><b>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>You will collaborate with our Business and technical team to maintain an efficient and consistent process, ensuring quality deliverables from the team.</li><li>Work with Product Managers and customers to define scope and value for new developments</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data product enhancement opportunities</li><li>Perform data analysis, troubleshoot issues, and support system implementation and maintenance</li><li>Facilitate the breakdown of Epics into Features and Sprint-Sized User Stories and participate in backlog reviews with the development team</li><li>Clearly express features in User Stories/requirements so all team members and stakeholders understand how they fit into the product backlog</li><li>Develop and implement effective product demonstrations for internal and external collaborators</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of business requirements, users stories, processes, and changes</li><li>Document and report defects and issues identified during testing, and work with development teams to resolve them</li><li>Maintain and ensure the quality of documented user stories/requirements in tools such as Jira</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we expect of you</b></p><p><b>We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.</b></p><p><b>Basic Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 8 - 13 years of relevant experience in Life Science / Biotechnology / Pharmacology / Information Systems</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Proficiency in Salesforce Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud with clear understanding of Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud Data model and OOTB capabilities.</li><li>Knowledge of how integrated systems work with Salesforce Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud.</li><li>Expert level functional understanding of Salesforce CRM.</li><li>Business understanding of operations of a call center within Pharma industry.</li><li>Understanding of middleware based integrations.</li><li>Experience of designing systems with large data volume.</li><li>Fluency with Agile principles and ceremonies.</li><li>A passion for applying technology to make a real-world impact. </li><li>Experience with writing user requirements and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Proven analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellence in interpersonal skills, multitasking, persuasion, negotiation of critical   issues, a solid attention to detail, and understanding of business complexity.</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and schedules and be accountable.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Functional Skills</u></b></p><ul><li>Experience in writing requirements for development of modern technology.</li><li>Experience of working as Product owner.</li><li>Complete knowledge of all nuances in Product Owner role.</li><li>Knowledge of Agile project management systems such as JIRA.</li><li>Experience in managing product features for PI planning and developing product roadmaps and user journeys.</li><li>Testing and validating user stories delivered are corresponding to business expectation.</li><li>Superb communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Able to communicate technical or complex subject matters in business terms.</li></ul><p><b>Good-to-Have Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Jira Align &amp; Confluence experience</li><li>Experience of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery methodology</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Professional Certifications:</b></p><ul><li>Salesforce Admin (Mandatory)</li><li>Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Preferred)</li><li>Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant</li><li>Platform Builder</li><li>Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional (Preferred)</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Soft Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Demonstrated awareness of how to function in a team setting</li><li>Demonstrated awareness of presentation skills</li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>.
