Your work will enable our teams to thrive as they help patients live healthier and more productive lives.</p><p></p><p>How you’ll make an impact:</p><ul><li>Serve as the <b>first point of contact</b> for employees and managers at Edwards Lifesciences Poland Sp. z o.o., handling day-to-day HR inquiries, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring a seamless employee experience</li><li><b>Design, implement, and administer local HR policies and procedures</b> in alignment with global and regional HR frameworks, while ensuring compliance with Polish labor law and local regulations</li><li><b>Deliver pre-boarding and onboarding programs</b> to support effective integration of new hires</li><li>Design and implement the<b> local annual wellbeing program</b>, driving employee engagement and supporting a positive workplace culture</li><li>Manage <b>HR administration activities</b>, including employment documentation, internal and external reporting, vendor coordination, purchase orders, and invoice processing</li><li>Administer <b>HR systems</b>, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely updates</li><li>Coordinate the <b>Health & Safety agenda</b> in cooperation with external providers and internal stakeholders</li><li>Collaborate closely with <b>regional HR partners</b> across payroll, benefits, workforce administration, talent acquisition, talent management, and learning</li><li><b>Monitor labor market trends</b> and stay informed about local market developments and employment practices</li><li>Drive <b>continuous improvement</b>, process optimization, and simplification of existing HR processes</li><li><b>Report to an HR Manager based abroad</b> and actively contribute to regional HR projects and initiatives</li><li>Other incidental duties</li></ul><p></p><p>What you'll need (Required):</p><ul><li>Bachelor' s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Min. 2 years of HR experience, ideally in a with generalist role within international environment</li><li>Native-level Polish and fluent English proficiency<br /> </li></ul><p>What else we look for (Preferred):</p><ul><li>Proven proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR systems</li><li>Substantial knowledge and understanding of local employment legislation and compliance implications</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and consultative abilities</li><li>Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical-thinking skills</li><li>Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Willingness to learn, develop and grow within the role</li></ul><p></p><p>For Poland, the base pay range for this position is 120,000 - 170,000 zł (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).</p>
