We learn, grow and win together. </span></p><p><span>Are you ready to help change the world?</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit !important"></p><p style="text-align:left !important"></p><p style="text-align:left !important"><b>Apart from job satisfaction, we can offer you:</b></p><p style="text-align:inherit !important"></p><p style="text-align:left !important"><b>HEALTH: </b><br />- Medical, Dental and Vision benefits for you and your family, including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)</p><p style="text-align:inherit !important"></p><p style="text-align:left !important"><b>YOURSELF</b>:<br />- Paid time off policy including holidays and sick time<br />- Internal growth and development programs &amp; trainings</p><p style="text-align:inherit !important"></p><p style="text-align:left !important"><b>WEALTH: </b><br />401(k) program, life &amp; accident insurance and disability insurance</p><p style="text-align:inherit !important"></p><p style="text-align:left !important"><b>About the role</b></p><p>As Solutions Designer, your role sits within multiple areas of the business, to facilitate the generation of value from our products and services for our customers, both internal and external.  At the core of this role, is your ability to gather requirements from multiple stakeholder groups and look for opportunities to drive efficiency and value.  Creating and maintaining meticulous documentation, our SD resources are flexible, knowledgeable communicators, influencers and facilitators; evidence-led to develop best of breed solutions and services our customers are delighted to use.  As Solution Designer, you will work with Senior/Principal Solution Designers to support larger initiatives and the ownership of specific smaller items of work.</p><p></p><h1><b>Key Responsibilities: </b></h1><p><b>Requirements definition &amp; management: </b></p><ul><li>Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition and prioritization activities for small-scale changes and assists with more complex change initiatives. </li><li>Follows agreed standards, applying appropriate techniques to elicit and document detailed requirements. </li><li>Provides constructive challenge to stakeholders as required. </li><li>Prioritizes requirements and documents traceability to source. </li><li>Reviews requirements for errors and omissions. </li><li>Provides input to the requirements baseline. </li><li>Supports authorized requests for changes to base-lined requirements, in line with change management policy.</li><li>Ensures all relevant documentation is maintained in accordance with relevant regulatory Guidelines and SOP’s ensuring all relevant stakeholder are updated.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Business analysis: </b></p><ul><li>Assists in investigating operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes. </li><li>Assists in the analysis of stakeholder objectives, and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements and problems and assists in identifying options for consideration. </li><li>Works iteratively with stakeholders, to identify potential benefits and available options for consideration, and in defining acceptance measures.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>User centricity analysis: </b></p><ul><li>Describes users’ goals and tasks and the environment within which the system, product or service will be used. </li><li>Facilitates both moderated and unmoderated user centricity assessments. </li><li>Evaluates prototypes or designs of systems, products or services against the agreed usability and accessibility expectations. Interprets and presents results of evaluations and priorities issues. </li><li>Assists in assessing the stability of requirements against changes in use.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Relationship management: </b></p><ul><li>Implements stakeholder engagement/communications plan. </li><li>Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information.</li><li>Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management. </li><li>Helps develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Business process improvement: </b></p><ul><li>Assists with analyzing and designing business processes; identifying alternative solutions to exploit new technologies and automation. </li><li>Develops graphical representations of business processes to facilitate understanding and decision making. </li><li>Assists in assessing the feasibility of business process changes and recommends new approaches. </li><li>Assists to select, tailor and implement business process improvement methods and tools at program, project and team level in line with agreed standards.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Other :</b></p><ul><li>Carryout any other reasonable duties as requested.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Functional Competencies (Technical knowledge/Skills): </b></p><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills </li><li>A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning </li><li>Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail </li><li>Must have the ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment  </li><li>Demonstratable ability to apply critical thinking to problems and tasks  </li><li>Shows initiative and self-confidence, is adaptable and is able to cope with changing and evolving priorities </li><li>Ability to identify and implement process improvements  </li><li>Proactively participates in skills improvement training and encourages their teams to participate  </li><li>A self-starter and able to work under own initiative  </li><li>Maintains an up-to-date awareness of trends, tools, technology, techniques and processes that affect technology within the Life sciences domain </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Experience, Education, and Certifications: </b></p><ul><li>Experience of working in and knowledge of the life sciences sector  </li><li>Solid experience of using relevant analytical computer languages (such as R, Python, SQL) </li><li>Solid professional experience in the same or very similar role  </li><li>Understanding of Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum), UML, Object Orientated, Data Modelling using appropriate industry standards and/or other BA methodologies </li><li>Knowledge of and experience in Scope Management  </li><li>Awareness of best practice within business analysis domain, BA Professional qualifications </li><li>Process Modelling using standards such as BPMN  </li><li>Knowledge of and experience Lean Six Sigma  </li><li>Knowledge of and experience Root Cause Analysis  </li></ul><div><p></p><p>This role is remote.  Candidates located in the following states:</p><p>AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, MA, MO, NH, NJ, NC, PA, UT, VA are preferred.  </p><p></p><p> The annual base salary range for this role is $71,000-$133,000.  This range represents the anticipated initial annual salary and will vary depending on several factors including the candidate’s experience and skills as well as market rate adjustment.</p></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b><span>Come as you are.</span></b><br /><span>We&#39;re proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
