Primary role of this role will be the development and maintenance of software architecture frameworks for complex, distributed healthcare system, including data interoperability between diagnostic imaging, oncology and hospital information systems.
Role Responsibilities:
- Define system interfaces, data flow, and integration strategies leveraging modern technology stacks.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and QA teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions and development plans.
- Leverage emerging technologies, including Generative AI to enhance system development life cycle and enable modernization of existing software systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety-critical software practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Adapt communication to ensure complex technical issues are easily understood by diverse stakeholders.
What Will Set You Apart:
- Strong understanding of cloud native technologies and distributed system design.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and safety-critical software development.
- Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
Your expertise:
- Experience in software architecture and design of distributed software systems essential.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience with post-graduate work.
- Strong understanding of cloud native technology stacks and containerization.
- Understanding of data processing pipelines and data storage technologies.
- Proficiency in software development using MS technologies such as WPF, C#, and .NET Core.
- Experience in Generative AI in software development is highly valued, as is experience in safety-critical software system.
- Knowledge of healthcare domain, including medical interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, and DICOM preferable.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Highly motivated with an end-to-end development mindset.
