<h2>Job Description</h2><div>We are seeking a Quality Engineer to work closely with our ICP‑MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry) software development team which is part of Atomic Spectroscopy group in SVD. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our next‑generation analytical software products. Based on software specifications and actual system behavior, you will design and execute comprehensive test plans, leveraging both manual testing and automated testing within a DevSecOps‑enabled CI/CD environment. </div><div>You will be responsible for executing manual testing, improving and maintaining our automated test infrastructure, analyzing test results, identifying quality risks, and contributing to continuous quality improvements across the entire development lifecycle. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered. </div><div> </div><div>Educational background or hands-on experience in software engineering, software testing, or embedded systems development is highly desirable, especially in scientific instrumentation or analytical software domains. </div><div>Strong communication skills in either English or Japanese are essential. </div><div>Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a quality assurance, software development, or engineering role, ideally within a regulated or high-precision industry such as analytical instrumentation, medical devices, or semiconductor manufacturing. </div><div>Familiarity with tools and frameworks for software testing, defect tracking, and version control (e.g., Jira, git, Confluence, Microsoft Azure). </div><div>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment, with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills. </div><div>工学、コンピュータサイエンス、物理学、化学、またはこれらに関連する分野での学士号または修士号。同等の実務経験も考慮します。 </div><div>ソフトウェアエンジニアリング、ソフトウェアテスト、または組み込みシステム開発のバックグラウンド、もしくは実務経験を有すること。特に、科学計測機器や分析ソフトウェアの分野での経験があると尚良い。 </div><div>英語または日本語のいずれかで、高いコミュニケーション能力を有すること。 </div><div>品質保証、ソフトウェア開発、またはエンジニアリング関連の職務において 4年以上 の実務経験を有することが望ましい。特に分析計測機器、医療機器、半導体製造などの経験があると望ましい。 </div><div>ソフトウェアテスト、不具合管理、バージョン管理に関するツールやフレームワーク（例：Jira、Git、Confluence、Microsoft Azure など）に精通していること。 </div><div>Cross functionalな環境で主体的かつ協調的に業務を進められること。自発的な姿勢と強い問題解決能力が求められます。 </div>Additional DetailsThis job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
