Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our team based in Munich, Germany. In this role, you will work at the interface of science and technology, supporting our biophysics and screening activities by developing, maintaining, and integrating software solutions. Collaborating closely with various departments at Crelux, you will play a key role in managing laboratory data, building tools for efficient workflows, and ensuring smooth IT operations in a dynamic research environment. Responsibilities include full stack development using our tech stack (MySQL, Python, VueJS), processing, cleansing, and validating data for analysis, maintenance and further development of existing custom software, integration of experimental results into our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), database maintenance, user support, and consulting for IT-related questions.

Requirements

Strong background in full stack development (Python, JavaScript, SQL), experience with SQL databases (preferably also vector databases), at least 3 years of professional experience, knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., matplotlib), ideally experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware vSphere), scripting, and deployment, skilled in IT project planning and implementation, ability to recognize data relationships and build meaningful connections, proactive, process-driven, and solution-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills and service orientation, self-motivated, structured, and reliable personality, good knowledge of both German and English.
