Description

Design and architect software solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Create architectural designs, technical specifications, and system diagrams. Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support the development process. Lead and mentor software development teams in best practices for design, coding, testing, and documentation. Define coding standards and guidelines to maintain code quality and consistency. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural principles and best practices. Identify and address technical debt and architectural weaknesses in existing systems. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software architecture and development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Total experience of 20 years and proven experience of 8 years as a Software Architect in software development. Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working in an Agile development environment is required. Experience in working with geographically dispersed teams is preferred.
