We excel in R&amp;D innovation, manufacturing, and commercialization, striving to improve people&#39;s health and quality of life worldwide, protecting our tomorrow.</p><p></p><p>As part of our growth journey, we have built a new Supply Chain organization with a mission to empower Bavarian Nordic’s strategy and growth by ensuring continuous and efficient supply of finished goods.</p><p></p><p><b>The role</b><br />As S&amp;OE Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective execution of supply chain activities by supporting and coordinating the S&amp;OE process. You will act as a central point of contact across functions, helping to align priorities, maintain momentum, and ensure transparency in execution.</p><p></p><p>You will be responsible for coordinating S&amp;OE meetings, including preparing agendas, consolidating inputs, and following up on key actions and decisions. Through close collaboration with internal stakeholders, you will provide regular updates on order progress, identify potential constraints or risks, and help drive timely resolutions in a dynamic environment. In addition, you will translate operational priorities into concrete executional activities. This includes managing purchase orders with CMOs, supporting inter-site stock movements, and ensuring that materials are correctly allocated to production. A strong focus on data accuracy and system integrity will be essential to enable real-time visibility and informed decision-making across the supply chain. You will continuously monitor order flows and proactively address any delays, discrepancies, or missing information, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.</p><p></p><p>This role reports to the Senior Director, Head of Global Planning and can be located in Switzerland or Denmark. The role is a fixed term/project based role for two years.</p><p></p><p><b>Skills &amp; competencies</b><br /> </p><ul><li><p>A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or similar</p></li><li><p>Certification such as APICS CPIM or Lean is an advantage, but not required</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3 years of experience within supply chain, logistics, procurement, or production planning</p></li><li><p>Experience from a GMP-regulated industry is required</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP) and transactional supply chain processes</p></li><li><p>Exposure to S&amp;OE or S&amp;OP processes is considered an advantage</p></li></ul><p></p><p>It is crucial that you bring solid understanding of supply chain processes, material flows, and inventory management principles and that you hold strong coordination skills with the ability to manage cross-functional processes effectively. Besides this, we are looking for someone who holds an analytical mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and support continuous improvements.
