Essential Requirements
• Proven experience in a business or industry technology environment.
• Strong background in managing cross-country or multinational projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver in Agile project environments.
• Skilled in building partnerships with business stakeholders and external partners.
• Experience in IT service delivery and performance optimization.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Desirable Requirements
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and automation tools.
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and solution scalability.
