This is a hands-on position with strong exposure to senior stakeholders, where you will translate strategy into execution and help drive continuous improvement across SNO.<br /> <br />You will lead and contribute to a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives including project management governance, strategy implementation, communication, budget planning, risk management, and S&amp;OP-related activities. Your work will directly support the effectiveness, transparency, and performance of the global supply network.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span class="emphasis-3">Your day at Ferring</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Support SNO leadership in translating strategy into actionable plans, roadmaps, deliverables, and timelines</p></li><li><p>Lead the SNO Project Management Program, including governance, prioritization, and review processes</p></li><li><p>Lead and actively contribute to strategic and tactical SNO projects across regions and value streams</p></li><li><p>Ensure SNO process documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date</p></li><li><p>Support the SNO Leadership Team with high-quality presentations and communication materials</p></li><li><p>Enable effective communication and alignment across internal and external stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Support execution of key business activities to drive continuous improvement and mitigate operational risks</p></li><li><p>Run the SNO risk management process, including risk inputs for S&amp;OP, Business Plan, and Budget cycles</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Behind our Innovation...
