That means a culture of empowerment, where speaking up is valued, and growth and development are constant.</p><p></p><p><b>Ferring&#43;You </b></p><p>SNO Business Partner, JAK and Greater China</p><p></p><p><b>Your day at Ferring</b></p><p>Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li><p><b>S&amp;OP and Demand Planning:</b> <b>Lead</b> and review monthly forecast cycle execution and deliverables; <b>Own</b> Forecast Accuracy and BIAS for the area and drive Continuous Performance Improvement (CPI); <b>Ensure</b> full alignment between markets and VSL on forecast assumptions and changes;<b> Support </b>regional head on budget and cost monitoring</p></li><li><p><b>Supply Optimization &amp; Product Availability:</b> Optimize product availability across the area; <b>Oversee </b>supply management for markets, liaising with Operations, VSLs, and market teams; <b>Drive </b>resolution for Out-of-Stock (OoS), Very Low Cover, and Low Cover situations; <b>Coordinate</b> NPL (New Product Launches) ensuring alignment between Global Teams and markets.</p></li><li><p><b>Market support and Partnership:</b> <b>Build </b>and maintain sustainable partnerships with markets; <b>Connect </b>markets with appropriate stakeholders for tasks such as SKU reintroductions and phase-outs; <b>Identify </b>process improvements to reduce complexity and enhance collaboration; <b>Support </b>onboarding of colleagues in SNO and in the markets and drive supply chain skills development.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Behind our innovation…There’s you</b></p><p>We expect the ideal candidate to have below qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Pharmacy, or another relevant scientific or business discipline.</p></li><li><p>Extensive experience in Supply Chain, S&amp;OP, or Demand Planning within a pharmaceutical or regulated industry.</p></li><li><p>Experience in Demand Planning is preferred, with exposure to Kinaxis, SAP, or other demand planning tools considered a strong plus</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making in a matrix organization.</p></li><li><p>Strategic mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and performance optimization.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.</p></li></ul><p>This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where you will play a key role in ensuring the timely availability of life-changing medicines to patients worldwide.</p><p></p><p><b>People come first at Ferring</b></p><ul><li><p>Get inspired from our commitment to advocate for everyone’s right to build a family, no matter who you are, where you live or who you love</p></li><li><p>Our inclusive support package – “Building Families at Ferring” provides equal and accessible policies for all employees who wish to start their family journey, ensuring a global standard, irrespective of location and role.
