Job Responsibilities

IMS -  Investigator Management solutions 
Title : Site Grant Analyst I
Location - Gurugram - Hybrid 

Education: Any Degree

Job Role:

Experience: 1-2 years.

Manage investigator budgets, benchmarking, and site contracting processes for clinical projects.

Develop, review, and update investigator grant budgets and country budget templates.

Ensure budget compliance with sponsor requirements, fair market value, and company guidelines.

Collaborate with sponsors, legal, finance, and clinical operations teams on budget negotiations.

Validate budgets using internal and external benchmarking data.

Maintain budget documentation, status reports, and project tracking systems.

Build strong stakeholder relationships and support site budgeting goals.

Assist in issue resolution, process improvements, and operational support activities.

Primary Skills:

Strong Excel proficiency

Accurate data entry

Good communication skills
