• Performance Management: Analyze financial and operational performance, clearly articulating key drivers, risks and opportunities and driving timely actions with business partners.

• Cost & Productivity: Champion strong cost management and financial discipline, partnering with teams to identify and deliver sustainable productivity and efficiency opportunities.

• Decision & Investment Support: Provide robust financial analysis for business cases, investments, projects and other key site decisions.

• Financial Governance & Controls: Ensure strong financial governance and compliance with GSK policies, processes and controls, supporting internal and external audit requirements.

• Continuous Improvement: Bring a proactive improvement mindset, using data and financial insight to challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve site performance.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Build trusted relationships across Finance, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and other site functions, connecting financial outcomes with operational drivers.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of relevant Finance experience, ideally within a manufacturing, supply chain, or operational environment.

• Financial planning, forecasting and performance management experience.

• Experience working with financial systems and analytical tools such as SAP and Excel.

• Analytical capability, with the ability to translate complex financial and operational information into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

• Ability to work effectively in a site-based, cross-functional environment.

• Ability to work on site at least three days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Finance qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent.

• Experience partnering with senior operational or business leaders.

• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to constructively challenge and engage stakeholders at different levels.

• Proactive, curious and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to operate independently while contributing strongly to a broader team.

• Experience supporting manufacturing cost, productivity, capital investment, or continuous improvement initiatives.

• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, including IFRS and/or US GAAP.

Why This Role

This is an opportunity to work at the heart of site decision making, where Finance is much more than reporting the numbers.
