Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Site Executive Assistant, located in Manila, Philippines.

The Site Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative and operational support to senior leaders and teams at DePuy Synthes’ GBS office. This role is critical to enabling effective day‑to‑day operations by managing complex schedules, communications, and coordination activities. The position offers broad exposure to leadership decision‑making, cross‑functional collaboration, and organizational initiatives within a global, fast‑paced environment, making it a highly visible and impactful role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
• Prepare, edit, and manage presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documents.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow‑up actions.
• Serve as a key point of contact for leaders, managing communications and prioritizing requests.
• Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, events, and off‑sites.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Serve as a key coordinator for site operations, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain an organized, functional, and professional office environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and support operational efficiency.
  

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  

Required:

• 2-4 years of experience providing administrative or executive support to senior leaders.
• Proven ability to manage complex calendars, schedules, and competing priorities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting executives in a global or matrixed organization.

• Familiarity with coordinating across multiple time zones.

• Experience supporting leadership events, town halls, or off‑site meetings.

• Exposure to healthcare, medical device, or other regulated industries.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through.

Other:

• Language: English proficiency is required.
• Travel: Minimal travel expected, up to 5%.
• Certifications: Administrative or Executive Assistant certifications are preferred.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
