We represent diverse experiences and backgrounds which strengthens our team and mirrors the healthcare communities we engage.</p><p></p><p><b>Main Responsibilities:</b></p><p>The <i>Singapore Medical Manager</i> will participate to and execute the Medical and scientific (non-promotional) strategy for the <i>Singapore Vaccines</i> portfolio/therapeutic area in close partnership with the other functional franchise leads and in alignment with the overall franchise strategy.</p><p></p><p>The main responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Utilise strong business acumen, acting as a key strategic business partner to the organisation</li><li>Initiate and drive projects to raise standards of care and change clinical practice</li><li>Ability to work independently with a solutions-oriented and balanced approach to ambiguity</li><li>Lead and drive rapid integrated evidence planning and execution through deep understanding of internal and external stakeholder evidence needs and robust data gaps analysis</li><li>Deep therapy area expertise and product knowledge including competitor data</li><li>Drive strong collaborative relationships with commercial and cross-functional teams, including marketing, value & access, health economics, regulatory and clinical</li><li>Cultivate and maintain relationships with external experts</li><li>Drive collaborative relationships with above-country colleagues to ensure the MCO / country involvement and strategic input into global and regional plans</li><li>Good understanding of the impact and evolution of healthcare systems</li><li>Lead creation and implementation of medical plans</li><li>Ability to rapidly assimilate new data and integrate into new therapy area</li><li>Create industry leading digital educational and scientific content that is timely, relevant, interactive and innovative</li><li>Champion the patient voice when developing and implementing medical strategies</li><li>Demonstrate strong leadership influencing across networks and by coaching and mentoring members of the team</li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>Expanded Responsibilities:</i></b></p><p><b>Championing medical collaborations with payors </b></p><ul><li>Develop a framework to assess the feasibility and establish medical collaborations with private and public payors in Singapore</li><li>Utilisation of these collaborations to generate meaningful public health data and create evidence-based access pathways</li><li>Enhance the bridging of medical strategy with value & access objectives</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Enhance trial capabilities in Singapore</b></p><ul><li>Development of a framework to assess and address insight and data generation capabilities in clinical trial landscape</li><li>Map Singapore's clinical trial capabilities landscape to position Singapore to attract more trials in line with Sanofi’s pipeline strategy and early experience needs of Singapore KOLs</li></ul><p><b>Foster Digital & AI Integration in Medical Operations </b></p><ul><li>Drive collaborative relationships with cross and above-country colleagues to cultivate the adoption of digital and AI enablers in the medical function</li><li>Evaluate digital tools for HCP engagements, medical data analysis and insights, as well as enhancement of public health partnerships in alignment with Sanofi’s digital transformation activities</li></ul><p></p><p>About you</p><p><b>Education/Experience/Certification:</b></p><ul><li>Doctorate level education: MD or PhD or Pharmacist</li><li>Industry experience (including medical affairs field or office) and/or clinical experience mandatory, ideally with relevant Vaccines experience</li><li>Good understanding of the continuum of data generation including clinical development, Real World Evidence (RWE) and data gaps analysis</li><li>Ability to act independently with a solutions-oriented and balanced approach to the grey areas</li><li>Excellent communication skills including driving challenging discussions· Develop a good understanding of HCP communication preferences to adapt communication style and optimise use of relevant channels to suit</li><li>Implement true scientific engagement journeys by bridging channel disconnect to drive ongoing engagement and grow collaborative opportunities and meaningful scientific exchange</li><li>Be confident in the use of Omnichannel tools and ability to adapt to new channels</li><li>Effectively and compliantly share unmet needs of HCPs and their centres with cross-functional teams to inform patient centric strategy</li></ul><p></p><p>Pursue progress, discover extraordinary</p><p></p><p>Better is out there.
