This role plays a critical part in supporting customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence.</p><p></p><p>The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, accountability, and a commitment to quality and regulatory compliance.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities/Job Duties</b></p><ul><li>Process customer and internal orders by accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for carrier pickup</li><li>Verify order accuracy, lot traceability, and documentation prior to shipment.</li><li>Ensure shipments meet regulatory, quality, and customer requirements</li><li>Coordinate with carriers to support timely delivery</li><li>Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing documentation</li><li>Perform system transactions in ERP to ensure accurate inventory records</li><li>Support inventory transfers to maintain proper stocking levels</li><li>Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory activities</li><li>Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies to management</li><li>Process returned products in accordance with RGA procedures</li><li>Complete required documentation for returned or nonconforming materials</li><li>Perform physical destruction of materials as required by procedure and regulatory standards</li><li>Maintain documentation in accordance with GMP, GTP, AATB, and internal SOP requirements</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within distribution processes</li><li>Support special projects and process improvement initiatives</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment</li></ul><p>​</p><p><b>What will you need to be successful?</b></p><ul></ul><p><b>Education</b></p><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent is required.</li><li>Associates degree is preferred.</li><li>1&#43; years within a distribution environment<br /> </li></ul><p><b>Experience:</b></p><ul><li><span>2&#43; years of experience in a distribution or warehouse environment within a medical device or other regulated industry</span></li><li>Experience working in ERP systems (SAP, QAD, or similar) preferred</li><li>Experience supporting lot-controlled or traceable inventory strongly preferred</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Competences:</b></p><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Professional communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to identify issues proactively and escalate appropriately</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with accountability for results</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Physical Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Ability to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly</li><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse environment for extended periods</li></ul><p>​</p><p></p><p><b>You Unlimited. </b></p><p>We believe in creating the greatest good for society. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
