We are looking for a <b>Shipping Coordinator</b> to own inbound shipment coordination and system execution—ensuring end-to-end traceability, temperature compliance, and timely goods receipt in Oracle.</p><p>This role is critical to operational excellence: aligning inbound timelines with warehouse capacity, managing shipment documentation, reviewing temperature loggers, raising NC/GOPE where needed, and delivering daily inbound visibility to stakeholders—powered by a continuous improvement mindset and DBS tools.</p><p></p><p><b>ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li><p>Retrieve and review <b>ER files</b> via Shipping/Logistics as early notification for upcoming inbound shipments.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate inbound arrival timelines with the <b>Receiving Team Leader</b>, ensuring appropriate manpower/equipment allocation for offloading and processing.</p></li><li><p>Prepare inbound shipment documentation and hand over to the Receiving Team Leader to validate item details and confirm any temperature excursion indicators.</p></li><li><p>Review shipment documentation and <b>temperature data loggers</b>; assess excursions using the approved <b>Temperature Tool</b> for any impacted products.</p></li><li><p>Raise <b>NC/GOPE</b> in the system for any discrepancies (damage, shortage, mismatch) and/or temperature excursions, ensuring timely containment and documentation.</p></li><li><p>Support the Inventory Manager with credit note follow-up with origin (where applicable), based on qualification criteria for damage/shortage or other inbound discrepancies.</p></li><li><p>Execute <b>Inbound / Material Goods Receipt (GR)</b> in <b>Oracle</b> against shipping documents and ensure <b>GR completion within 24 hours of shipment arrival</b>.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and circulate a <b>daily inbound activity summary</b> to relevant stakeholders across the business (e.g., Planning, Operations, Inventory, Customer Support).</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate inbound shipment records and archiving, ensuring full traceability in <b>SharePoint</b> and compliance with documentation retention requirements.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the <b>Planning team</b> for special handling scenarios (high volume, urgent shipments, late arrivals, exceptions); align with the Inbound Team Leader on resource plans and overtime as needed.</p></li><li><p>Process <b>RMA transactions</b> in the system in coordination with the <b>Fulfilment Team</b>.</p></li><li><p>Assist the Inventory Manager with reporting and data extraction for inbound and discrepancy-related activities, as required.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>Join our winning team today.
