Job Summary
The Shared Data Services Analyst is responsible for the critical databases which include our Customers, Vendors, Contracts and Employees functionality in the Oracle ERP system. As a valued member of the Finance team, the Shared Data Services Analyst is responsible for supporting daily master data management activities. Various activities will include, but not limited to, the following areas: Customer Master Data Base, Vendor Master Data Base, Legal Contracts, and ZOLL Employee hierarchy. The main purpose of this role is to perform entry, update, and approve data information into ZOLL's Oracle EBS system or any other data base systems. This includes communication with customers, vendors and with other ZOLL departments to understand, improve, standardize, and govern Master Data Base related processes. Maintain and ensure access controls so that data integrity is maintained and consistently monitored. Execute monthly auditing procedures on all databases maintained in order to test and ensure integrity of data. Adherence to professionalism, accuracy, integrity and teamwork is a requirement.

The hourly pay rate for this position is:
$32.00 to $38.00Factors which may affect this rate include shift, geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Details of ZOLL's comprehensive benefits plans can be found at www.zollbenefits.com.
