• Be a part of Sales Force Effectiveness and CRM team
• Managing CRM Operations
• Trouble shoot Issues with CRM
• Event Management, Database management and Analytics.
Handling CRM processes like cycle planning and addressing CRM issues through tickets sent to the team.
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
• Graduating in Q 1 2027 or later
• Education in Tech and Computer Science is preferable
• Proficiency in working with database
Good command of excel, good communicator, team player, task oriented with good time management
