Focusing on automation, real-time insights, and user experience to enhance productivity.</li></ul><p> AI &amp; Analytics Catalyst: </p><ul><li>Responsible for leveraging DD&amp;T (Power BI/AI ) to empower the process of data-&gt;Information-&gt;Insights-&gt; Impact and improve efficiency in SFE team.</li></ul><p>Cross-Functional Value Driver: </p><ul><li>Lead central, cross-BU projects aimed at improving sales force efficiency. This includes streamlining data flows, building unified insight dashboards, and optimizing business review processes to eliminate redundancies and create a seamless flow of information.</li></ul><p>Behavior &amp; Efficiency Champion: </p><ul><li>Cultivate data-driven behaviors within the sales force by embedding smart tools and insights into daily workflows, empowering the team to work smarter and focus on high-value activities.</li></ul><p>Other strategic projects:</p><ul><li>Responsible for organizing workshop, training and building up learning platform for SFE Culture Transformation &amp; Capability Upgrade</li></ul><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS&#xff1a;</b><br /><b>Level of Education&#xff1a;</b></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor Degree or above in preferred Mathematics, Finance, Statistics and Computer Science background.
